<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />December 29, 2014 Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located at 975 <br />Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Monday, December 29, 2014. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />1. Approval of Minutes October 22, 2014 Plan Commission meeting minutes <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Moran to approve the October 22, 2014 meeting minutes. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Salamon and carried 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Public Hearings <br />None <br /> <br />4. Hearings <br />None <br /> <br />5. Old Business <br /> a) Amended Conditional Use Permit 14-11407 8026 Groby Road Replacement of existing <br /> electrical substation in SR Single Family Residential District <br />(continued from October <br /> 22, 2014 Plan Commission meeting) <br /> <br />The Chairperson explained the procedure for the Amended Conditional Use Permit and noted <br />the subject case was continued from the October 22, 2014 Plan Commission meeting after the <br />public hearing was held. <br /> <br />Mr. Lai provided an overview of maps and pictures of the site and surrounding area. A display <br /> model of the proposed development was put up by the applicant in the meeting hall for public <br /> viewing. <br /> <br />Mr. Nicholas VonFeldt with Ameren Missouri presented to the Plan Commission members the <br />revised proposal which reflected feedback from recent meetings with the residents. He <br />explained the newly proposed residential-looking façade on the north and west sides of the <br />facility, privacy fencing, gates, and landscaping. An educational program with the School <br />District will be initiated.
