LOUIS <br /> COUNTY, MISSOURI, FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL SERVICES AND <br /> OF UNIVERSITY CITY TO ENTER INTO ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY <br /> A CONTRACT WITH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, FOR E <br /> MOSQUITO CONTROL SERVICES. <br /> e. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Manager of University City is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to enter into and execute a contract with St. Louis County, Missouri, whereby <br /> said perform mosquito control services within University City <br /> Section 1 The City shall compensate St. Louis County, Missouri, for hand <br /> spraying (larviciding) adulticiding, and/or power spraying (fogging), at the hourly rate set <br /> forth in the contract as such rate is charged in accordance with the terms and conditions <br /> of the contract between the City and St. Louis county, Missouri <br /> Section 3.
