INTRODUCED BY: Councilmember Glickert DATE: March 9, 2015 <br /> BILL NO. 9256 ORDINANCE NO. 6984 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE III, TABLE III-C <br /> AND TABLE III-E OF THE TRAFFIC CODE, TO REVISE <br /> TRAFFIC REGULATION AS PROVIDED HEREIN. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Schedule III, Table III-C and Table III-E of the Traffic Code of the University <br /> City Municipal Code is amended as provided herein. Language to be deleted from the <br /> Code is represented as ; language to be added to the Code is <br /> emphasized. This Ordinance contemplates no revisions to the Code other than those so <br /> designated; any language or provisions from the Code omitted from this Ordinance is <br /> represented by an ellipsis and remains in full force and effect. <br /> Section 2. Schedule III of the Traffic Code of the University City Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to remove the parking restrictions on the west side of Midland <br /> Boulevard and to create a new parking prohibition on Pershing Avenue, which the City <br /> had designated as a place where parking of vehicles is restricted for one (1) hour and <br /> prohibited at all times. Such portions of "Schedule III" of the Traffic Code shall be <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Traffic Schedule <br /> Schedule III: Parking Restrictions <br /> Table III-C One-Hour Parking Zones <br /> vehicles is restricted to a period of one (1) hour between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and <br /> 5:00 P.M. on any day within the meaning of the Title: <br /> T T T <br /> Table III-E Parking Prohibited On Certain Streets At All Times <br /> The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of <br /> vehicles is prohibited at all times: <br /> Pershing Ave: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
