These include permits for construction, building, <br />plumbing and electrical fees; Golf Course and Heman pool fees; and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus noted that there would also be some housekeeping-type proposed <br />fharter changes on the ballot whirl% we~ primarily to bring the Charter into <br />conformity with state statutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams asked councilmembers to be sure to give any co~ents or suggested <br />changes they may have on his amendment to the proposed anti-smoking bill to <br />Mr. Ollendorff or the City Attorney so this bill can go forward. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus said Director of Public Wor]~ A1 Dieckgraefe informed Council <br />that by the end of Dec~mber, emq~m%sion plans for the aluminum can recycling <br />program will be ready, ar~l the program will get under w~y early next year. <br /> <br />Mr.-A~ams moved that Council meet in exc~utive session at 8:23 p.m. this date <br />in Room 6 of City Mall, 6801 Delmar, for the purpose of discussing personnel <br />and legal matters. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Councilmembers Wagner, sch~man, Schoomer, Thompson, Price, <br />Adams, and Mayor Majerus.
