Mr. Ollendorff said the changeover <br />will not occur for two years, but he will make a note to do this. <br /> <br />Mr. ~a~s took note of correspondence l~3arding smoking sent to Council by a <br />citizen, and he asked that the City Attorney follow through with a bill pro- <br /> <br />Mrs. T~,~son asked that an article be included in the University City News <br />congratulating residents on the fine mmmner in which Halloween was celebrated <br />in University city. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said he, Mrs. ~h~son, Mayor Majerus and the city Manager recently <br />met with a group of Third Ward citizens to discuss the Development Strategies <br />plan, and he felt the session was excellent, with all endorsing the concept <br />that those involved must share responsJ/bility for following through on neigh- <br />borhocd improvements.
