1502 MINUTES OF ~ UNIVERSITY August 22, 1989 At a special meeting of the City Ccunoil of university city held in Room 6 of city Hall c~ ~=~day, August 22, 1989, Mayor Janet Majerus presided and called the ~e~ting to order at 5:33 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: Mr. Joseph L. Mr. R~bert G. Wagner Mr. Paul E. Scho~m= Also present w~s City Manager Frank Ollendorff. ~ purpose of the meeting, notices for which were post~ earlier, was to in- tro~-~ and a~lu~;e an e~wency uzd~ which established a tax rat~ for the university City Loop Spec/al Business District for fiscal year 1989-90. In addition, it was necessary for O0uncil to confirm the election of three new members of the University city Loop Special Business District C~mtdssion.
