<br />cense for the Friends of the University city Public Library to sell alcoholic
<br />beverages (beer and wine) on September 23, 1989, in the library building dur-
<br />ing the 50th Anniversary Gala, to benefit the T.ihrary.

<br />Mr. Price moved approval of the Consent Caler~a~. Mr. Adams seconded the mo-
<br />tion, which carried unanimously.

<br />Tee City Manager a~ked_ that an item be added to the agenda having to do with
<br />the letter received by Council f;-cmt the University City Beautification Cui,u~dt-
<br />tee. Mrs. 211~,~eon moved that this item be added to the agenda. Mr. Wagner
<br />seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
