Mr. A~ams seconded the motion, which <br />carried unani~usly. <br /> <br />UNIVERSITY cl'l~ RESIDENTIAL S~<W/CE (UFOS) ~ AREA MARKETING PLAN <br /> <br />~ City Manager said that the terms of the City's currel%t agreement with UCRS <br />required the submission of a marketi~ plan for the Northeast area by July 15. <br />Council must now take action to approve as presented, approve with amendments, <br />or 8~rove. He said all other city staff reviewers have found the plan ac- <br />ceptable, however, he had reservations because he felt the plan was inconsis- <br />tent with the platting consultants, preliminary draft rec~mL~ndations. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval, with Mr. Schooner seconding the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said he was quite satisfied with the UCRS plan, and that he was im- <br />pressed with the effort and thought that seemed to have gone into the formula- <br />tion of the plan. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman asked if "Open" signs will now be allowed on a trial basis as <br />reo~,~_~d~ in the plan. Mr. Ollendorff said that would require Council ap- <br />proval of an amendment to the sign ordir~nce. <br /> <br />All votedAye. <br /> <br />Sri'~PIAN~- 6282 OLa-VE BOULEVARD <br /> <br />The City Manager said Council is asked to approve a site plan amendment for <br />6282 Olive to install a wrought irc~ fence around the perimeter of the proper- <br />ty for security and beautification. Mr. Ollendorff ~ certain chang- <br />es in the configuration of the fencing to which the owner has agreed. If this <br />does not prove satisfactory, the owrmm: would be free to return and request <br />changes or additic~al fencing. Also, a condition should be attached requiring <br /> <br /> <br />
