Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as foll~s: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Adams, Wagner, Schuman, Th~son, Price, and Mayor <br />jerus. NAYS: None. ABS~i~T: Councilmember Schoomer. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman c~i~limented University City Residential Service for a very f/ne <br />house tour held May 21st, noting there w-us a good selection of homes and an <br />excellent turnout. She tharf~ed those who o~ their ho~_s for this purpose. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said it was gratifying to see a good response from the City's recent <br />efforts to sell ~raca~t, unbu/ldable lots to adjacent homeowners. He also cofa- <br />plimented the staff on its recent quick r~ponses to overgrown vacant lots, <br />where tall grass and weeds were cut by the City.
