SESSI(~ 1496 MINUi~S OF ~E UNIVERSi"iY May 17, 1989 At a ~-{-~ bud~3et study meet/r~ of the City Cour~il of University City h~ld i~ ~he ]~ex-~f Operations ~ of City Hall on Wednesday, May 17, 1989, Mayor Janet Majerus presi~ and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In additic~ to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: Mr. Jc~ L. ~ms, Jr. Mr. l%~bert G. Wagner Mrs. MaryV. ~ Mr. Paul E. g~uhoomer Mrs. Betty L. Th~son Also present were City Manager Frank Ollendorff, Director of Finance Willie Norfleet, and Deguty City Manager Susan Glass,an. ~he City Manager referred to ~get M~mo #3 which listed 22 budget requests ~ citizer~ and the Oouncil.
