A listing of executive, administrative. and <br /> professionally designated employees or positions shall be issued by the City Manager. <br /> 1. Department directors shall not be paid overtime nor receive compensatory time for hours <br /> worked in excess of 40 per week. <br /> 2. Department directors may grant compensatory time on a straight time basis to their <br /> designated executive, administrative. or professional employees for hours worked in excess <br /> of 40 per week.
