<br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />March 19, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 5-21-2015) <br /> <br />The Historic Preservation Commission held a meeting in the Heman Park Community Center located at <br />975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Thursday, March 19, 2015. The meeting <br />commenced at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />1. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />2.a. November 20, 2014 Historic Preservation Commission meeting minutes <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Hamilton to approve the November 20, 2014 meeting minutes as <br />written. The motion was seconded by Mr. Guest and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Old Business None <br /> <br />4. New Business None <br /> <br />5. Other Business <br /> <br />5.a. Discussion Proposed replacement of light fixtures for pedestrian lights in Civic Complex <br />Historic District (Local Designation and National Register of Historic Places) INFORMATIONAL <br />ONLY NO VOTE REQUESTED. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens briefly provided background information and explained that the agenda item was <br />being presented for informational purposes only since it was not a project that required a <br />recommendation from the Historic Preservation Commission per the District Standards. <br /> <br />Ms. Jenny Wendt with the Department of Public Works and Parks explained the details of the <br />proposal. She stated that the existing pedestrian light fixtures in the Civic Plaza along Delmar <br />Boulevard and Trinity Avenue were in need of replacement due to the age of the fixtures, low <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Ћ <br /> <br />
