RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a supplemental election was held in the City of University City, Missouri on .... :~:~TU~s:day,~love~ber:6~2OOt-;and- --:~ :~ -- WHEREAS, said election was conducted according to the laws of the State of Missouri, the City Charter and Ordinances of the City of University City, and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County; and WHEREAS, the following propositions were presented to the voters, as shown: Proposition P Proposition F Proposition R AND WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IX, Section of the City Charter, the election returns shall be canvassed by the City Council at a meeting not later than forty-eight hours after their receipt by the City Clerk, and that Proposition P receiving 66.67% of votes to pass and Proposition F and R receiving a simple majority to pass, and NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the laws of the State of Missouri, the City Charter, and the Ordinances of the City of University City, and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County, the City Council of University City, at a meeting held on November 19, 2001, at 7:30 p.m., upon the certification of the returns by the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County from the forty-one precincts in the City of University City, and upon certification by the City Clerk of the results of said election held Tuesday, November 6, 2001, in the City of University City, and as canvassed by the Council of said returns of said election, and it appearing that the votes received are as follows: Number of Votes PASS Proposition P YES 1,489 NO 1,377 NO Proposition R YES 1,541 NO 1,347 YES Proposition F YES 1,797 NO 1,085 YES
