INTRODUCED BY: Councilmember Glickert DATE October 12, 2015 <br /> BILL NO. 9275 ORDINANCE NO. 7001 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> SECTIONS 130.530 and 130.540 RELATING TO NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES <br /> RETIREMENT SYSTEM — ELIMINATING EARLY RETIREMENT BENEFIT FOR <br /> PARTICIPANTS RECEIVING A DISABILITY BENEFIT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Sections 130.530 and 130.540 of the University City Municipal Code, relating <br /> to Non-Uniformed Employees retirement system, "Early Service and Disability <br /> Retirement" are here by amended, and the new sections to be known as "Section <br /> 130.530 Early Service Retirement and Section 130.540 Disability Retirement", as <br /> approved by the Pension Board on July 28, 2015 meeting. Attached is Exhibit B, reflect <br /> the amendment of Sections 130.530 and 130.540 incorporated herein by reference is <br /> enacted in lieu thereof. <br /> Section 2.
