This segment begins at the intersection of McKnight Road and Olive Boulevard, and forms the north edge of Olive to Price Road in Olivette. This will be a uniquely urban segment of the <br />Centennial Greenway, appropriate to the character of the street and will dramatically improve the physical and visual continuity between the two cities. MoDOT is developing final plans <br />to replace the Olive Boulevard and Interstate 170 interchange with construction scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2008. The design team has worked closely with MoDOT to improve <br />the pedestrian component of the interchange to accommodate the Continue coordination with University City, City of Olivette, MoDOT, and monitor progress regarding easement or acquisition <br />of An exceptional opportunity to link several communities and local trail systems exists in the rail corridor parallel to I-170. Now owned by Metro, the corridor includes overhead power <br />lines in an Ameren UE utility easement. This north-south link will connect downtown Claytons commercial and commuter base with University City and Olivette, by connecting Shaw Park <br />with Greenfelder Park in University City. At Olive Boulevard, the existing railroad bridge will be removed during the reconstruction of the interchange, necessitating a new pedestrian <br />bridge over Olive Boulevard with a ramped connection to the Centennial Continue coordination with the City of Clayton, University City, City of Olivette, MoDOT, Metro, Ameren and initiate <br />communication with the City of Ladue regarding the small segment of the corridor that passes through the community north Similar to Forest Park, Creve Coeur Park will become a greenway <br />hub in the future as the Centennial extends west and the Missouri River Greenway is completed. This western segment will begin with a trailhead in Creve Coeur Park and extend east to <br />Continue to coordinate with St. Louis County, City of St. Louis Water Division, Ameren, Old Farm Estates HOA, and Creve Coeur <br />Fee Fee Road using a combination of St. Louis City Water Ameren right-of-way and Old Farm Estates common ground. <br />Centennial Greenway under I-170. <br />the rail corridor in Olivette. <br />Station Condominiums. <br />Greenway at Olive. <br />of Shaw Park. <br />CoordinationCoordinationCoordination <br /> <br />
