A bill was introduced by Mr. Lieberrnan, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 110.44 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY CODE <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING <br />SECTION 10.44.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON <br />CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br />THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.020 PARKING <br />PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS," THEREBY <br />AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO RFMOVE THE PROHIBITION ON PARKING <br />DURING DESIGNATED HOURS ON THE STREET ADJACENT TO 7042 <br />WESTMORELAND DRIVE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8551. <br /> <br />REQUEST CONCERNING LELAND NURSING HOME DEATHS: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel requested that the City Manager set up a meeting with Bob McCullough's <br />office regarding why charges haven't been filed in the deaths of four residents and what <br />the status of the case is at the present. Mr. Ollendorff will look into it. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to go into executive session at 9:25 p.m. to discuss personnel, legal <br />and real estate matters per RSMO 610.021 (1,2 and 3).
