RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Designating/Recognizing an Official Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the University City Loop Special Business District is a legitimate non-profit <br />organization, engaged primarily in tourism marketing in this area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this organization has shown and demonstrated evidence of its tourism <br />marketing activities and plans; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this organization requires acknowledgment and recognition by a town, <br />village, County, City or municipality to become a qualified participant in the Traditional and <br />Small Project categories of the Cooperative Marketing Program administered by the Missouri <br />Division of Tourism. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the University City Loop Special Business <br />District is hereby designated and recognized as.. an official Destination Marketing Organization <br />(DMO) for our city. <br /> <br />~'"- Ci~ Clerk (J <br /> <br /> <br />
