<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />October 28, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 12-23-2015) <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located at 975 <br />Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. The meeting <br />commenced at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />1. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />2.a. May 27, 2015 Plan Commission meeting <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Miller to approve the May 27, 2015 meeting minutes. Zoning Text Amendment PC 15-07 Proposed Zoning Code Text Amendments pertaining <br />to landscape buffer and screening requirements <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens explained the proposed Text Amendments and provided background information. <br />The proposed Text Amendments came at the request of the Plan Commission members at the <br />April 22, 2015 meeting to research landscape buffer and screening requirements for multi- <br />family residential developments when adjacent to single-family residential uses since it was not <br />addressed in the current Zoning Code. The proposed Text Amendments would address this <br />matter by establishing landscape buffer requirements for multi-family residential developments <br />when adjacent to single-family or two-family residential zoning districts. The proposed Text <br />Amendments also included revisions to improve the current landscape buffer requirements for <br />commercial uses when established adjacent to residential zoning districts and for residential <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Ќ <br /> <br />
