AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “900 AND 910 NORTH MCKNIGHT CONDOMINIUMS” AND LOCATED AT 900 AND 910 MCKNIGHT. WHEREAS, on March 12, 2007, Douglas Properties submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “900 and 910 North McKnight Condominiums” located at 900 and 910 McKnight, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 25, 2007, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “900 and 910 North McKnight Condominiums” and located at 900 and 910 McKnight, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates 18 condominium units. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City.
