BILL 8934 — AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “WESTVIEW DRIVE MANOR <br />BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF ALL OF LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH 50' OF LOT <br />6 IN BLOCK 5 OF UNIVERSITY VIEW” AND LOCATED AT 519 AND 527 <br />WESTVIEW DRIVE. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Ms. Brot spoke of the Infill Review Board’s first meeting where the citizens were able to <br />address their concerns with the developer. She stated that the ordinance needed some <br />modification but was pleased with its success. Ms. Brot also asked the City Manager to <br />see if the drawings the Council receives can be reduced in size. She also encouraged <br />everyone to write their State legislators concerning their bills that will negatively affect the <br />City. Ms. Brot also asked that Council’s existing rule concerning nominations to <br />commissions be followed that allows each councilmember two months to make the <br />assigned appointment to a board or commission. If not completed within two months, <br />the next member of the Council would get this assignment. <br /> <br />Mr. Price announced the flyer for Community Partnership for Safety is being distributed <br />and asked the City Manager to have it distributed to PTOs, elementary schools, and to <br />Ms. Rachel Watson, University City High School’s Council liaison, so representation of <br />youth will be in attendance. <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
