<br />April 16, 2007 <br /> MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />April 16, 2007 <br /> <br />At the Regular Council Session of the City Council of University City held in the <br />Chambers of the City Hall, on Monday, April 16, 2007, Mayor Adams called the meeting <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council <br />were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Also in attendance was City Manager, Ms. Julie Feier. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />March 19, 2007, Study Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Glickert, <br />seconded by Ms. Brot and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />March 19, 2007, Regular Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., <br />seconded by Mr. Glickert and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />April 3, 2007, Election Certification Resolution was introduced by Mr. Wagner, seconded <br />by Mr. Price and approved unanimously. The election results showed Ms. Lynn Ricci as <br />the winner of the second ward councilmember. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN for COMMISSIONS <br />Lynn Ricci was sworn in as newly elected Councilmember representing Ward 2, for the <br />remainder of term, for one year. <br /> <br />Rach Watson was sworn in as Council’s Student Representative from University City <br />High School. <br /> <br />Roll Call for the start of the meeting with the new Council. <br />Present were Mr. Byron Price, Mr. Robert Wagner, Ms. Lynn Ricci, Ms. Stefany Brot, Mr. <br />Michael Glickert, Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr., and student representative, Rachel Watson <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />SWEARING IN (for Commissions) <br />Anne Silverstein was sworn in for the Pension and Retirement Board. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.
