Session 1830 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />January 28,2002 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall on Monday, January 28, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting <br />to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council <br />were present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. Excused: Mr. Larry Lieberman and Mr. <br />Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the January 7, 2002 regular session minutes. Ms. <br />Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ELECTION: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved to acknowledge the recent election of the Delmar Loop Special <br />Business District Advisory Board of Michael Weiss, Helen Fabbri, Kevin Blansit, and <br />Peggy Rosenthal. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Forsythe administered the oath of office to the following citizens: <br /> <br />Kevin Blansit- Loop Special Business District <br />Melcine Henderson - Traffic Commission <br />Traci Moore -Arts and Letters Commission <br />Jeff Dee - Park Commission <br />Calla Smorodin - Arts and Letters Commission <br />Harley Smith - Plan Commission <br /> <br />Mayor Adams thanked each one for their willingness to serve in this capacity which truly <br />helps the City to function at its best. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA #1 - CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br /> <br />
