BILL 8934 — AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “WESTVIEW DRIVE MANOR BEING A <br />RESUBDIVISION OF ALL OF LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH 50' OF LOT 6 IN <br />BLOCK 5 OF UNIVERSITY VIEW” AND LOCATED AT 519 AND 527 <br />WESTVIEW DRIVE. <br />Bill 8934 had its second and third reading <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Mr. Wagner and Mayor <br />Adams <br /> NAYS: none <br /> <br /> <br />The Site Plan Review at 6327 Cates Ave. was moved to be removed from the TABLE by <br />Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />The Site Plan Review at 6327 Cates was moved for approval by Ms. Brot, seconded by <br />Mr. Price and approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Price asked the City Manager to work with the University City’s school leadership in <br />providing activities for the teenagers, especially with activities on University City’s ball <br />fields. <br /> <br />Ms. Rachel Watson said that she and fellow students are in the process of working on their <br />own proposal for more activities for teens and would present it when it is completed. <br /> <br />Having seen a listing of Economic Development projects over the past several years, Ms. <br />Brot asked if she could receive a listing of the one and two family dwellings which have <br />been built in the last four years, showing progress that has happened in University City on <br />economic development during the last four years time period. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams described the beautiful art display at Barbara Jordan School. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m. to go into Executive Session concerning RSMo (1) <br />and 2), Legal and Real Estate. <br />Motion to go into Executive session was made by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, <br />Jr., and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm <br />City Clerk <br />
