a. Persons who appear in person in a state of nudity or seminude; or <br /> b. Live performances which are characterized by the exposure of specific <br /> anatomical areas or by specified sexual activities; or <br /> c. Films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides or other photographic <br /> reproductions which are characterized by the depiction or description of <br /> specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas; or <br /> d. Persons who engage in erotic dancing or performances that are intended for <br /> the sexual interest or titillation of an audience or customers. <br /> NUDITY STATE OF NUDITY <br /> a. The appearance of any portion of the human bare buttock, anus, anal cleft or <br /> cleavage, pubic area, male genitals, female genitals or vulva with less than a <br /> fully opaque covering; or <br /> b. The showing of any portion of the female breast or breasts with less than <br /> a fully opaque covering of any part of the areola or nipple. <br /> c. Human male genitals in discernibly turgid state even if completely and <br /> opaquely covered. <br /> d. Body paint, body dyes, tattoos, liquid latex, whether wet or dried, and other <br /> similar substances shall not be considered an opaque covering. <br /> SEMINUDE <br /> A state of dress in which opaque clothing fails to cover the genitals, anus, anal cleft or <br /> cleavage, pubic area, vulva, nipple and areola of the female breast below a horizontal <br /> line across the top of the areola at its highest point. Seminudity shall include the entire <br /> lower portion of the female breast, but shall not include any portion of the cleavage of s` <br /> the human female breast exhibited by wearing apparel provided the areola is not <br /> exposed in whole or part. <br /> For this section body paint, body dyes, tattoos, liquid latex, whether wet or dried, and <br /> other similar substances shall not be considered an opaque covering. <br /> SPECIFIED ANATOMICAL AREAS <br /> a. Less than completely and opaquely covered human genitals, pubic region or <br /> pubic hair, buttocks or a female breast or breasts below a point immediately <br /> above the top of the areola. <br /> b. Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid sate, even if fully and opaquely <br /> covered. <br /> 4 <br />
