<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />February 24, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located at 975 <br />Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. The meeting <br />commenced at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />1. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />2.a. December 23, 2015 Plan Commission meeting <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Salamon to approve the December 23, 2015 meeting minutes. Zoning Text Amendment PC 16-01 Proposed Zoning Code Text Amendments pertaining <br />to adult businesses <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens explained the proposal and provided background information. The proposal was to <br />revise the pertaining to adult businesses including pertinent definitions and location restrictions <br />for such businesses. He stated that at the Code Review Committee (CRC) meeting yesterday, the <br />CRC members recommended approval of the proposed Text Amendments, with some minor <br />revisions related to measuring distance in the location restriction language for adult businesses. <br />Staff recommended approval of the proposed Text Amendments as recommended by the CRC. <br /> <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Ќ <br /> <br />
