Session 1837 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 22, 2002 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall on Monday, April 22, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robed Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Aisc present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. ABSENT: Mr. Paul Schoomer. <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the April 8, 2002 study session minutes. Mr. Sharpe <br />seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CERTIFICATION OF APRIL 2, 2002 ELECTION: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a resolution certifying the results of the April 2, 2002 election. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - SINE DIE: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked the Council to make a motion to adjourn sine die. Mr. Wagner <br />offered the motion. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Adams. NAYS: none. The meeting adjourned sine die at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE - MAYOR: <br /> <br />The City Clerk administered the oath of office to Joseph L. Adams. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE - COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams administered the oath of office, individually to: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Wagner, First Ward <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch, Second Ward <br /> <br /> <br />
