<br />March 19, 2007 <br /> MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 19, 2007 <br /> <br />At the Regular Council Session of the City Council of University City held in the <br />Chambers of the City Hall, on Monday, March 19, 2007, Mayor Adams called the meeting <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council <br />were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Ms. Stefany Brot had an excused absence. <br />Also in attendance was City Manager, Ms. Julie Feier. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />February 26, 2007, Study Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., <br />seconded by Mr. Glickert and approved unanimously. <br />February 26, 2007, Regular Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Wagner, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. and approved unanimously. <br />March 5, 2007, Regular session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Price, <br />seconded by Mr. Wagner and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Anne Silverstein was nominated to the Uniform and Non-Uniform Retirement and <br />Pension Board, seconded by Mr. Price and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN <br /> <br />AT COUNCIL MEETING <br />Barry Pessin was sworn in for the L.C.R.A. Board <br />Stacy Clay was sworn in for the Urban Forestry Commission <br />IN CITY CLERK’S OFFICE <br />Daniel Talonn was sworn in for the Arts and Letters Commission <br />Robert Wilcox was sworn in for the CALOP Commission <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />1. Rezoning for #1 McKnight Place (retirement living) and assisted living buildings, <br />was withdrawn by Mr. Deutsch <br /> <br />2. Comprehensive Plan Update was cancelled as it included the rezoning for #1 <br />McKnight Place <br /> <br />3. Olive Blvd Historic District Public Hearing was opened at 6:45 p.m. With no one <br />present to speak, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:47 p.m. <br /> <br />4.
