BILL 8942 — <br />An ordinance by the City of University City terminating the Olive <br />Boulevard East Tax Increment Financing District; dissolving the Olive Boulevard East <br />Tax Increment Financing District Special Allocation Fund; authorizing other actions <br />necessary and incidental to the foregoing; and containing a severability clause. <br /> <br />5. BILL 8943 — <br />An ordinance, amending chapter 10.32 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to miscellaneous vehicle and traffic regulations, by enacting therein a <br />new section to be known as “Section 10.32.180 Automated Photo Traffic Control <br />Signal Enforcement System”, containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />1. <br />Loop Trolley Transportation Development District (TDD) <br /> <br />BILLS <br />2. <br />An ordinance to establish a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and <br />substantial interests for certain municipal officials. <br /> <br />3. <br />An ordinance finding and declaring that there exists in the City of University City a <br />certain blighted area as defined in section 353.020, revised statutes of Missouri, <br />2000; that the redevelopment of such area is necessary and in the public interest <br />under Chapter 353 of the revised statutes of Missouri, 2000, and is further in the <br />interest of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the people of the <br />City of University City; said blighted area (hereinafter “Blighted Area”) being more <br />particularly described as follows: a tract of land located in the City of University City, <br />Missouri, being a portion of Cates Avenue and specifically described upon Exhibit A, <br />as attached hereto; and containing a severability clause. <br /> <br />4. <br />An ordinance approving the development plan submitted for the redevelopment of <br />that certain tract of land in the Cates Avenue redevelopment area, which area has <br />been found to be blighted by the City of University City, which area should be <br />redeveloped as necessary and in the public interest, said tract being described in <br />Exhibit A; authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of <br />University City with the developer; setting forth the terms and conditions of said <br />agreement; incorporating by reference Chapter 353, Revised Statutes of Missouri <br />. <br />2000 and containing a severability clause <br /> <br />August 6, 2007 <br /> <br />
