INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Sharpe, Jr. DATE: July 16, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8939 ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “BELLA MONTI CONDOMINIUMS” <br />AND LOCATED AT 848 PENNSYLVANIA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2007, Debra and Larry Miller submitted for approval a <br />final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Bella Monti Condominiums” <br />located at 848 Pennsylvania, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, <br />a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City <br />Municipal Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 27, 2007, the University City Plan <br />Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in <br />substantial compliance with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to <br />the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required <br />documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its <br />consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Bella Monti Condominiums” located at <br />848 Pennsylvania, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision <br />plat creates two condominium units. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is <br />in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 <br />thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final <br />subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and <br />the seal of University City. <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />August 6, 2007 <br />J-1-b <br /> <br />
