<br />EXHIBIT B <br />CATES AVENUE - DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />? <br />Project Description <br /> <br /> <br /> The Cates Avenue Redevelopment Corporation (the āRedevelopment Corporationā) <br />hereby submits to the City of University City, Missouri a plan to redevelop the area <br />commonly known as 6327, 6401, and 6405 Cates Avenue. <br /> This area has suffered general deterioration and aging of the housing stock, and the <br />above addresses are currently all vacant lots, the previous improvements having been <br />demolished. <br /> The Redevelopment Corporation proposes to build the first GREEN residential new <br />construction building in University City. The building will offer the following GREEN <br />features: <br />? <br /> Lot Design, Preparation, and Development <br /> Minimize environmentally sensitive areas <br />o <br /> Establishing a knowledgeable team <br />o <br /> Designing the sight (soils disturbance, low impact development, landscaping <br />o <br />plans) <br /> Sharing driveways and parking <br />o <br />? <br /> Resource Efficiency <br /> Advanced framing techniques <br />o <br /> Engineering Roof and floor systems (minimize waste etc.) <br />o <br /> Materials that require no additional finish resources <br />o <br /> Water resistive barriers <br />o <br />J-3-j <br />September 4, 2007 <br /> <br />
