<br />EXHIBIT B <br />CATES AVENUE - DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />? <br />Project Description <br /> <br /> <br /> The Cates Avenue Redevelopment Corporation (the “Redevelopment Corporation”) <br />hereby submits to the City of University City, Missouri a plan to redevelop the area <br />commonly known as 6327, 6401, and 6405 Cates Avenue. <br /> This area has suffered general deterioration and aging of the housing stock, and the <br />above addresses are currently all vacant lots, the previous improvements having been <br />demolished. <br /> The Redevelopment Corporation proposes to build the first GREEN residential new <br />construction building in University City.
