<br />? <br /> Global Impact <br /> <br />J-3-k <br /> No VOC (volatile organic compounds) in the paints and sealants <br />o <br /> Manufacturers operations and practices must include certified methods <br />o <br />(certificate must be obtained) <br />The building will presents a three story residential building containing approximately 22 <br />residential units of varying sizes and costing approximately $4,400,000. <br /> The brick veneer luxury condominium is designed to evoke the architectural style of <br />buildings in the vicinity. The exterior includes bronze anodized windows and doors <br />complemented by metal railings. The simple lines and modest style of the buildings in the <br />neighborhood exemplify representative models. The front façade “steps back” from the <br />street as depicted by the terraces and recessed entry. <br /> The Redevelopment Corporation understands the unique preferences of key <br />stakeholders and has therefore taken the initiative to propose a design that accounts for <br />these preferences, e.g. parking, height, neighborhood compatibility, etc. The residence will <br />include, but it not limited to, the features enumerated below. <br /> Height: <br /> In an effort to maintain the streetscape’s continuity, the development should contain <br />three floors above ground and one floor below ground for additional parking. The actual <br />elevation of the building should be three stories with rooftop deck access. <br /> Parking: <br /> In total, the residence will provide approximately 35 parking spaces. The parking <br />garage will include 29 spaces for the residents and their guests.
