<br /> <br />I-3-c <br /> <br />5. <br />Goal: Outline of next steps and the ongoing strategic planning process <br /> <br />Council and administration must work together to keep planning in the forefront of decision making <br />by: <br />1. City Manager and the Senior Management Team review this strategic plan <br />and create a “doable” action plan for the next year. <br />2. Council and City Manager review, discuss, adjust if necessary and approve <br />the action plan and overall strategic plan. <br />3. The City Manager and Council identify an ongoing process for reviewing <br />and reporting upon elements of the action plan and strategic plan. <br />4. The Council and City Manager conduct a review of the total strategic plan in <br />six months <br />5.
