ORDINANCE NO.__________ <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “THE GATESWORTH SECOND <br />ADDITION” AND LOCATED AT 1 AND 3 MCKNIGHT PLACE AND <br />CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 31, 2007, Charles Deutsch and Company submitted for <br />approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “The Gatesworth <br />Second Addition” located at 1 and 3 McKnight Place, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 25, 2007, the University City Plan <br />Commission approved a preliminary subdivision plat of said land; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 22, 2007, the University City Plan <br />Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in <br />substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat, and recommended to the <br />City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required <br />documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its <br />consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “The Gatesworth Second Addition” <br />and located at 1 and 3 McKnight Place, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. <br />The final subdivision plat consolidates all of the previous single family parcels and the <br />vacated street portions of West Kingsbury and Barby Lane. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is <br />in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 <br />thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final <br /> <br />J-1-g <br /> <br />
