Generations present and future will be able to learn the game of golf <br />2. Golf pro of 17 years has always worked with neighbors and community <br />3. Parks’ Commission has approved the learning center <br />4. Additional revenue would be received <br />5. Misrepresentation of golf pro’s salary had been circulated <br />6. Previously proposed 2004’s driving range would be more costly, change involved <br /> three holes and fewer hitting stations. <br />7. Equal opportunity for all to hit practice golf balls, not limited to a self-selected few. <br />8. One of the top ten golf course architects in the U.S. prepared the design <br />9. Would be beneficial for Junior Golf training and for recreational courses for <br /> Brittany Middle School students <br />10. Architectural visual rendering showed neighborhood buffering with pine trees. There <br />would be a minimal dispersion of lighting because of modern technology now <br />available <br />11. Not enough parking so golfers would block spaces for residents living there <br />3. Greatly increase traffic on quiet residential streets <br />4. Lighting interference with surrounding homeowners <br />5. Financial difficulties now was because of poor management <br />6. Loss of existing wild life <br />7. Increased revenue was only a conjecture not factually based <br />8. Violation of zoning laws <br />9. Many years required before producing usable revenue <br />10. Use virtual golf machines in place of a driving range <br />11. Brings in undesirable people, especially at night <br />12. Let the course area go natural to save money in maintenance costs <br />13.
