Session 1846 <br />July 22, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman noted the recent real tragedies of dead birds due to the West Nile Virus. <br />He stated that the St. Louis County Department of Health was pushing through an <br />insect repellant program to help combat this spreading problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff announced that Charlie Wells, a long time U. City booster and early PR <br />Manager for the City had passed away. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the City Council would move to an executive session and <br />then on to a study session. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved to go into executive session per RSMo 610.021(1& 3) to discuss <br />legal and personnel matters. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The executive session <br />will begin at 9:20 p.m. in the second floor conference room of City Hall. The roll call <br />vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
