Olive Ave. <br /> <br />Existing Zoning: “GC” – General Commercial <br /> <br />Pertinent Code Sections: Municipal Code, Title 16 <br /> <br /> <br />This consolidation plat is being filed as the final planning step in the Seafood City store application for the expansion <br />of the parking lot onto 7745 Olive (approval for the expansion was granted by Plan Commission in December of 2006 <br />and by City Council in January of 2007). This plat consolidates 7733 Olive (Lot 18) and 7745 Olive (Lot 10) and <br />makes them one lot. The combined lot area for the two lots will be 1.78 Acres (77,554 square feet). The newly <br />subdivided lot will be named “Lot 1 of Consolidation Plat of part of Lot 18 David L. Remley’s Subdivision and Lot <br />10 of Mt. Olive.” Staff recommends approval. <br /> <br />The approval required is for a final plat in conjunction Section 16.12.230 of the Subdivision Regulations. Final Plats <br />are required to be approved by the Plan Commission and the City Council. Community Development Staff has <br />reviewed the proposed plat.
