<br />INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Price DATE: September 24, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BILL NO. __________ ORDINANCE NO.__________ <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “LOT 1 OF CONSOLIDATION PLAT OF PART <br />OF LOT 18 DAVID L REMLEY’S SUBDIVISION AND LOT 10 OF MT OLIVE” <br />AND LOCATED AT 7733 AND 7745 OLIVE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2007, Seafood City c/o Alex Fung submitted for approval a <br />final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Lot 1 of Consolidation Plat of Part of <br />Lot 18 David L Remley’s Subdivision and Lot 10 of Mt Olive” located at 7733 and 7745 <br />Olive, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 22, 2007, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial <br />compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and <br />recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents <br />and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Lot 1 of Consolidation Plat of Part of Lot <br />18 David L Remley’s Subdivision and Lot 10 of Mt Olive” and located at 7733 and 7745 <br />Olive, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates <br />the two lots into one lot. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in <br />full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 <br />thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of <br />University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage as provided by law. <br /> <br />October 1, 2007 <br /> <br />
