Staff will be on hand to provide service delivery <br />background and field questions. <br /> <br />parking restrictions on Midland <br />The draft letter regarding the County is attached for <br />your review. Please make any requests for changes before the Council meeting so I <br />can prepare it for your signatures. <br /> <br />Forest Park Parkway will be closed <br />Tarlton Corporation notified the City that for one <br />st <br />evening on Monday, October 1, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM between Big Bend and <br />Skinker. Tarlton will continue work on the pedestrian bridge that crosses Forest Park <br />Parkway to Washington University. The phase of work the evening of October 1 entails <br />the painting of the underside of the bridge structure. Washington University sent <br />notification to the residents in Ames place and Parkview. <br /> <br />Brittany Woods PTO Dine-Out in the Loop <br />Tuesday, October 2 the Loop will host the <br />from 5:30 PM - 7:30PM. A portion of your bill will be donated to the PTO by the following <br />restaurants: Ben & Jerry's, Big V's, Blueberry Hill, Brandt's, Cicero's, Cold Stone <br />Creamery, Jimmy John's, The Melting Pot, Qdoba, Racanelli's, The Red Sea, Riddle's, <br />Saleems, Smoothie King, and Subway. Street entertainment provided by BW students. <br /> <br />, Loop-in-Motion, <br />The Loop's annual visual and performing arts festival will take place <br />on October 5-6th on the sidewalks and in the streets along Delmar. The event will kick <br />off on Friday, October 5 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with an Art Walk featuring exhibitions <br />at more than 17 locations throughout the Loop. Additionally, there will be dance and <br />musical performances taking place at two places, one located at the Regional Arts <br />Commission, and one on the stage located at Market in The Loop. Festivities will start <br />Saturday, October 6 at Noon. Enjoy dance performances and live music on the festival's <br /> <br />
