Session 1856 <br />October 10, 2002 <br /> <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The roll call vote was <br />as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor <br />Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8623 passed and became Ordinance 6394. <br /> <br />2. A bill was introduced by Mr. Lieberman, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED OR TO BE LOCATED THEREON <br />TO BE KNOWN AS MANSIONS ON THE PLAZA PLAT 1 CONDOMINIUM AND <br />LOCATED AT 8300 DELMAR BOULEVARD AND CONTAINING AN <br />EMERGENCY CLAUSE <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8624. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. This will help increase <br />our total points. The higher the points, the better chance we have of being granted <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
