<br />-What is proposed for the frontage along the access drive? Would it look like a service <br />entrance or would it have more of a retail façade? Mr. Chapman stated the parking garage <br />would not look like a parking garage. <br />Traffic Commission member Jeff Hales stated his concern about the number of vehicles and <br />access to/from the site. Access to Carondelet Plaza was critical due to the volume of traffic. <br /> <br />-Why only 1,500 square feet of retail proposed in University City? Mr. Chapman stated that <br />the retail space was not fully designed yet. What was shown in the drawing was more of a <br />placeholder. <br />The Chairperson asked if any members of the public had comments. <br />Brian Burkett, 7471 Kingsbury Boulevard Mr. Burkett stated most of his questions had <br />critical to the development. Access from the proposed garage to Carondelet Plaza would be <br />important due to the potential traffic volume. <br />7.b. Public Comments <br />There were no further public comments. <br />8. Code Review Committee Report <br /> <br />Mr. Miller stated that the Code Review Committee met earlier in the month to consider the <br />proposed Text Amendments previously discussed and there was no further information to <br />add. <br />8.b. Comprehensive Plan Committee Report <br /> <br />Ms. Moran stated that there were two upcoming Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee <br />(CPAC) meetings on August 10 and August 15. The CPAC was working toward completion <br />a draft document for public review. <br /> <br />8.c. Council Liaison Report <br /> None <br />8.d. Department Report <br /> None <br />9.
