Resolution 2016-19 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017(FY17)BUDGET TO REASSIGN MONIES <br /> PREVIOUSLY SET ASIDE TO REMEDIATE THE POLICE STATION IN THE ANNEX <br /> TO COVER THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TEMPORARY POLICE STATION, <br /> AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of University <br /> City, Missouri, that the Annual Budget presented by the City Manager on February <br /> 2016 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, was adopted, and the City Council now wants to amend <br /> the original budget to reassign the remaining $1,000,000 previously set aside in FY2016 to remediate the <br /> Annex to cover some of the $1,260,000 costs of the rental of temporary units and lease of land for a <br /> temporary police station. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with the City Charter, the <br /> amount stated in the budget amendment as presented, is herewith appropriated to the <br /> object and purpose named above. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of August,2016 <br /> # Upk(24 <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> de_C - <br /> i�Clerk - •+ •. <br /> % <br /> Certified to be Correct as to Form: <br /> LWq5'6 „ • <br /> ity Attorney <br /> August 8, 2016 <br />
