That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of <br /> the City of University City the contract, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the Missouri <br /> Highway and Transportation Commission providing for the installation of Bicycle <br /> Facilities along Braddock Ave, Kempland Pl, Mt. Olive, Groby Rd, Gay Ave, Warder <br /> Ave, Burr Oak Ln, Wild Cherry, Balson Ave, Pershing Ave, Ferguson Ave, Etzel Ave <br /> Section 2.
