That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of <br /> the City of University City a contract with the Missouri Highway and Transportation <br /> Commission providing for a study of the five primary schools in University City to measure <br /> prevailing speeds within each of the five school zones and evaluate alternatives to calm <br /> traffic and reduce travel speeds during school hours. <br /> Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances therefore enacted which <br /> are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date <br /> of its passage and approval.
