Session 1862 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 25, 2002 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the second floor <br />conference room of City Hall on Monday, November 25, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. <br />Adams called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the <br />following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was Assistant City Manager Thomas Moton, Jr. and Acting City <br />Manager Willie Norfleet. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CANVASS OF NOVEMBER, 2002 CERTIFIED ELECTION <br />RESULTS: <br /> <br />The Mayor said that this resolution canvassed the certified November 5th election <br />results. Ms. Welsch moved approval. Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion, which <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CALENDAR ISSUE: <br /> <br />Acting City Manager Willie Norfleet entered the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Norfleet and Mr. Moton gave Council an update of what was being done with <br />the calendar issue. The calendars were stopped and none were mailed. A full <br />investigation would be performed in regards to this matter and the results will be <br />forthcoming after a decision from the City Manager after his return.
