Session 1860 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 18, 2002 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the second floor <br />conference room of City Hall on Monday, November 18, 2002, Mayor Joseph L. <br />Adams called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the <br />following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - PROP K COMMITTEE CHARGES: <br /> <br />The City Council discussed introducing a resolution setting clear charges and <br />specific meeting dates for the Proposition K Committee as a result of the <br />passage of Proposition K at the November 5, 2002 election by University City <br />citizens. The resolution was drafted Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Wagner and Ms. <br />Welsch. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner made a few word changes which the City Clerk noted. The sense of <br />Council was to introduce the resolution later this evening in regular session. <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
