He said he would come back to the City Manager with some measurements <br />he felt would be appropriate for the height of the fence to be constructed in order to <br />shield the neighbors. Mayor Adams also requested the City Manger to find out what the <br />owner, Catholic Charities’ security arrangements were going to be for this location. <br />Ms. Ricci complimented the Loop on their recognition but she wanted the Council and <br />City Manager to be aware of the complaints she still receives on the strewn trash, the <br />pan-handlers, the loitering, robbery and the dissatisfaction of some past Loop <br />businesses owners. She hoped the Loop would take a long term vision and greatly <br />improved the problem of the cleanliness in the Loop. <br />Mayor Adams announced the following dates: <br />October 24, Civics 101, the Do’s and Don’ts of Public Servants by Mondi Ghasedi <br />November 5, Study Session on collections followed by regular Council session <br />November 19 School District study session <br />Nov 27 Civics 101, Planning and Development.
