Resolution 2007 - 14 <br />A RESOLUTION DELEGATING A CERTAIN LEVEL OF BUDGET <br />TRANSFER AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED <br /> by the City Council of University <br />City, Missouri, that the City Council has determined the City Manager should hold <br />a certain level of budget transfer authority for efficient City operations. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />, that the City Council approves the <br />delegation of budget transfers to the City Manager up to and including $25,000 <br />per individual line item on each transfer.
