LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS AND BEING PART OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />DESCRIBED IN DEED TO ONE MCKNIGHT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AS <br />RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 11243 PAGE 1814 AND DEED BOOK 17218 PAGE <br />4657 OF THE ST. LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS AND BEING SITUATED IN <br />SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, UNIVERSITY CITY, ST. <br />LOUIS COUNTY MISSOURI, AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE <br />RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS <br />COUNTY, MISSOURI. <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Deutsch and Company received authorization from the City <br />Council to permit the expansion of the apartments for the elderly (Gatesworth) and <br />nursing home facility (McKnight Place Assisting Living) on May 21, 2007. <br /> WHEREAS, the easement requested are within the property limits of Charles <br />Deutsch and Company and One McKnight Place Development Company <br /> WHEREAS, Sterling Engineers and Surveyors submitted a letter on behalf of <br />Charles Deutsch and Company and One McKnight Place Development Company for <br />the partial vacation of the easement above reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above said portion of easement is located entirely within plat <br />book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. Louis County records within in the City of <br />University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The description of the portion of easement being vacated is described as <br />follows: <br />A tract of land being a 5.00 feet wide roadway maintenance utility & sewer easement <br />to the City of University City as recorded in plat book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. <br />Louis County Records and being part of a tract of land described in deed to One <br />McKnight Development Company as recorded in deed book 11243 page 1814 and <br />deed book 17218 page 4657 of the St. Louis County Records and being situated in <br /> <br />
