<br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 24, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />At a Special Session of the City Council of University City held in Room No. Two of the <br />City Library, located at 6701 Delmar Boulevard on Wednesday, March 24, 2006, Mayor <br />Adams called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following <br />members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe Jr. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt and Mr. Wagner were excused absences. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot motioned to go into Executive Session to discuss Personnel RSMo 610.021. <br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe Jr. The Special Session adjourned at 3:08 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Special Session resumed at 3:45 p.m. At this time, the vote taken in Executive <br />Session was made public. The vote was unanimous to accept the City Manager contract <br />of Julie Szymula Feier.
