RESOLUTION .ZO/� <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES ADAMS INTERIM CITY MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council suspended Lehman Walker as City Manager on November <br />28, 2016 and removed him on March 1, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, Charles Adams has been serving as Acting City Manager since November <br />28, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, Charles Adams has agreed to serve as Interim City Manager until the City <br />Council appoints a new City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Charles Adams should serve as Interim City <br />Manager until a new City Manager is appointed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Charles Adams is appointed Interim City <br />Manager until a new City Manager is appointed by the City Council. <br />Adopted this V day of March, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />All, �- � <br />City Clerk <br />Shelley Welsc yor <br />L /Ll.�il. /.
